Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:


  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

 

Palms of Sonder is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

 

Palms of Sonder is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier directly.

 

 

 

Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
